基于广义惠更斯-菲涅耳原理和交叉谱密度函数,对高斯型非均匀关联的部分相干光束在大气湍流中的传输特性进行了研究.结果表明,部分相干光的相干度的变化和源平面的高斯调制半宽、传输距离等有着密切关系.在传输过程中,初始平面相干度分布存在突变,在传输过程中消失;光束中两点的相干度随着传输距离的增加先增大后减小,并且相干度的分布由非均匀分布变成均匀分布.这种非均匀关联的部分相干光束在激光通信领域具有广阔的应用前景.

利用相干理论, 研究了新型部分相干光束的相干特性.用激光光束透过旋转的特殊毛玻璃, 产生一种相干性分布特殊的新型部分相干光束.实验上经双孔干涉, 记录了该光束经不同小孔间距双孔产生的干涉条纹, 计算得出所对应的相干度, 并获得了该光束在不同传输距离下的相干度分布情况, 发现该光束的相干度分布与高斯-谢尔模型光束的相干度分布不相同, 其相干度随着传输距离的增大而变强.

Based on the angular spectrum method and the circular Gaussian distribution (CGD) model of scattering media, we numerically simulate light focusing through strongly scattering media. A high contrast focus in the target area is produced by using feedback optimization algorithm with binary amplitude modulation. It is possible to form the focusing with one focus or multiple foci at arbitrary areas. The influence of the number of square segments of spatial light modulation on the enhancement factor of intensity is discussed. Simulation results are found to be in good agreement with theoretical analysis for light refocusing.

The scintillation indices (SIs) of Gaussian beams and vortex beams propagating in turbulent atmosphere are investigated experimentally. It is shown that with the increase of propagation distance, the SI of Gaussian beam around optical axis increases gradually, but the SI of vortex beam with topological charge of 4 increases, achieves the maximum value at a fixed distance, and then decreases as the continued increase of propagation distance. The SI of vortex beam can be smaller than that of Gaussian beam under certain conditions.

理论研究了强聚焦混合偏振矢量光束作用在瑞利粒子的辐射力,推导出混合偏振矢量光束深聚焦在焦平面处产生辐射力的计算表达式,数值模拟了焦平面附近轴向光束强度分布及数值孔径与径向系数对辐射力分布的影响.结果表明, 强聚焦混合偏振矢量光束深聚焦后在焦平面附近产生的辐射力在一定情况下能够实现对瑞利粒子的三维捕获,并且受数值孔径和径向系数的影响, 其中径向系数影响较为明显.大量数据整合结果表明当径向系数大于3时, 才能实现与光阑数值孔径相匹配, 完成对焦平面附近瑞利粒子的三维捕获.

基于角谱衍射公式和散射介质的圆形高斯分布模型, 数值模拟光通过散射介质的聚焦.通过反馈优化算法实现散射光束的波前整形, 在目标位置处形成一个很亮的聚焦光斑.改变聚焦目标位置后, 可实现任意位置处的单点或多点聚焦.讨论了空间光调制器上的总调制单元个数、每个调制单元相位准确度与光强增长因子的关系.结果表明:目标位置处的光强随着总像素单元数的增加而线性地增强, 并且随着调制单元的相位准确度的增加而增强.

Because of the circular symmetry of a completely coherent radially polarized beam, the azimuthal intensity component is zero when it is focused by a high numerical aperture (NA) objective. In this paper, we show that such a conclusion is not tenable under the illumination of partially coherent beam whose coherent property depends on the azimuthal angle. Taking the Gaussian Schell-model (GSM) beam for an example, the tight focusing property of a partially coherent beam is studied, and the intensity and its radial, azimuthal and longitudinal components are particularly researched. The results show that the percentage of the components on the total intensity depends on the correlation length of the partially coherent beam. The azimuthal intensity component is produced under the illumination of partially coherent beam.

We investigate the spatial coherence of the light generated from high-power multi-chip red LEDs by using the van Cittert- Zernike theorem. It is theoretically demonstrated that the light generated from multi-chip LEDs evolves into partially coherent light after propagation, and the spatial coherence is increased with the increase of propagation distance. Moreover, the spatial coherence of the light is found to be closely related to the chip distribution of multi-chip LEDs. The distribution of the spatial coherence of the light is experimentally examined by Young’s double-slit interference. It is found that the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical ones.

推导了部分相干电磁光束经过杨氏双缝干涉后偏振度的表达式,研究了干涉光场偏振度的变化情况.结果表明,干涉光场偏振度不仅取决于双缝处的偏振度、相干长度,而且还取决于杨氏双缝缝宽.当所有相干长度都相等时,干涉光场偏振度不再发生变化,其值就等于双缝处的偏振度.着重分析了系统中交叉谱密度矩阵系数Bxy=Byx≠0的情况,并将结果与Bxy=Byx=0时作了比较.

从部分相干光束的传输定律出发,得到了部分相干光束刀边衍射时的远场光谱的表达式。根据该表达式对衍射场中的光谱进行了理论研究。研究的结果表明:衍射场中的光谱将随着观察点位置而改变,并且对于固定观察点,其光谱将随着相对空间相干度以及光束透过率的变化而变化。
